Find out what your maximum UPload speed is, & set your client to be UNDER that speed. Do NOT set your upload to "0" which is no limit. If your UPload hits it's maximum, your DOWNload speed will drop TREMENDOUSLY!Example, if your UPload max is 60, set it for about 50 or 45, but not higher because it will go past set max at times & you NEVER want it to reach 100% or it kicks off peers. Also, you want some extra UPload speed set aside for all other apps, such as surfing the net & instant msg.
