why is everyone on youtube going for winters chill? Its way too deep in frost for an effective build, scorch does same debuff and there is a glyph, and you get burnout from fire=biggar crytz

like alot of other mages, with decent gear. I think this just detered me from using frost fire. i'd probs go as high as icy veins and elemental precision. I was expecting to be critting bout 8k by 77 i crit pretty much the same as you now in badge gear.

yes they do, they made a glyph for scorch. So if they weren't going to let it stack, why the hell would they have it ???

This really is not that impressive, i hit way harder than this on my 70 (11/50/0) mage in live. Provided i do have some BT gear but i expect his gear is not terribly far behind, and hes 7 levels higher. |
