Netherspite Bugged ?

High res: http://www.uploading.com/files... we've been doing Kara for a long time as a guild with experienced members. What triggered this is when i pulled Netherspite last night and the OT got killed as soon as i entered the Red Beam.I though to myself, why did you engage before i hit red beam!!! But no OT confirmed that he did not engaged nor cast.We battle rezzed him and carried on. Now something similar happened to a healer then a DPS and we were wondering what the hell is going on. Wipe and retry.So, now i've got Frap going to try and see why this experienced team is failing at something so simple. After marking a few ppl that it happened to i get fight going and see it happen in front of my eyes and wonder WHAT was that.Now as a tank i notice MANY things, and here is what happened:MT (me) in green beam during Phase 2. OT (Pally tank) has Red beam during Phase 2.Notice the [u]Target of target[/u] and the[u] Focus Target of target[/u] both showing OT has agro. (even if omen show a bit different as we had members with different version sending bad data)Now the Rogue (diamond) did not have any beam debuff stacks. Watch his HP drop to 1% HP or so (that's the number we assumed as everyone else it happened to the HP were different.)Boss didn't turned to attack the rogue as the TT confirmsBoss's AOE did not tick at that time as my "spell" damage area shows (5th box from the left below the Target)Rogue was NOT in a puddle (can see where he is standing behind the boss)And the rogue confirmed that there was NO damage entry for the missing 70% HP. All he got is the "tick" from the AOE that killed him.Notice how it happened when the OT get's BACK in the RED beam. Anyway, I've read around thinking that hell maybe we've fought him for so long we've forgot something and i mean, I've got a good memory for this kind of stuff but didn't find any answer that could account for the missing HP.The only thing i can think of that could have hit him for so much is IF he had 20+ stack of blue beam and got critted by a AOE tick. But, like i said that's the the case as the tick was on 5 sec cool down. What hit him happened at second 3 of the tick, and all ticks are accounted for.This is not the only time it happened but the only one i have recorded as we moved on after this try and decided something was going ...
