you mean the scar?zuko had once disrespected a member of the council in a war meeting. therefore, he had to fight an agni kai (= a duel) with the man, but by offending the member, he offended the fire lord: ozai (his father). so he had to fight his father. ozai burned the side of zuko's face (thats how he got the scar) and banished him. (for the rest of zuko's history: watch avatar or ask me)

the bald one with the ponytail was the weirest one XD but the rest makes sense i think: he cut off his ponytail and stopped shaving the rest of his hair so it grew back and grew longer and longeri love zuko's hair right now... well i mean like it was in the last episodes
