These people completely insult my inteligence. How can people in arab countries be so stupid? Man!!! They are so stupid that is hard to know what to say. In other the deseases are not a result of bad hygine, bad education and the fact that so many countries (especially muslim ones)are so dirty but it's the old Henry Kissinger who is the problem!
