The video demonstrates the four units that come together to form Hip-Hop: Graffiti, MC-ing, B-boying and DJ-ing, as wonderfully portrayed by the four corners of the street. Dare you to get as creative as that! Only The Roots...only!

There is ONLY one aspect of this production that can be considered as simple: the video (which, itself, can be considered a masterpiece, regardless of the lack of multi-million dollar special effects or the spell-bounding scenery.) Everything else - from the lyrics to the beat is as "abstract" and as hardcore as it can ever get. HOT joint from The Roots, always delivering such classics for the sole purpose of "working" the mind . True Hip-Hop pioneers and rulers of the game!
