You forget that Jesus is also part of God Almighty who supported action in response to evil (aka the Old Testament)Like DavidDLPE said, Jesus was no hippie. He had clear principles and would never support inaction when evil frolics in the world.

I know it is very difficult to understand this concept. . . but we think that Jesus would not bomb. . or abort babies . . love your enemy. . how can you love someone and simultaneously bomb them?? Love. .. Bomb. . nope not compatible. . . and the Iraq war is not a just war. .there are no more just wars. . as soon as we started w/ mass destructioin weapons we wiped out just war

"Who would Jesus bomb"? Sodom,Gomorrah, Jericho the ENTIRE WORLD by flood once to name a few.God and therefore Jesus is not a pacifist.Don't confuse "turn the other cheek" with "never use force as necessary you fools!

GREAT POINT. Who would Jesus abort? Their image of Jesus is of a hippie flower child. Jesus was clear, and His mission was relative to people and restoring our relationship with God. If these people ever bothered to read the entire Bible, in context, it would be plainly evident to them that not only does God support just wars to protect the innocent, He mandates it. And the war in Iraq is just - it is the key reason we have not been attacked in almost 7 years.
