The weapon is electromagnetic weapons which is illegal to use according to Geneva Convention. Yet the Russians are aware America is using this as a practice in Iraq and the Russians are way ahead of America in this field. Google "Russian Scalar Weapons" and see the information of what the Russians are capable of doing if a major war breaks out.

Yes, I heard that statement by Woodward and am extremely curious about what he is talking about. He said it was on a level of the invention of the atomic bomb. It gave me chills when I heard him say that.

yeah i am really curious what it could be. I know the use of UAV vehicles have increased sharply in Iraq and they use the UAV's to watch insurgents for days rather than strike immedieately.
