That's what you would call a "cameo" and he makes them in so many Nintendo games but you don't hear people complaining about that. And this is a darn boxing game, so you know you don't control the referee anyway.

You don't get my point. He's a plumber but he's not doing any plumber work. Whatever he can do, you have the ability to control him. Whether it's racing, playing tennis or whatever. So it doesn't really matter what he can do. However if you can't control him then why put him in the game? He has nothing to do with boxing. It's a dumb decision to put him in this game.

Then you might as well ask this about every game he's been in. What does he have to do with racing? Why is he a plumber? Why does he play tennis? Besides, it's just a game. There's no point in complaining about what a VIDEO GAME character can do. |
