Arabs do not consider themselves are white, they are Arab. All along North Africa to Saudi and beyond near Europe to Syria and Lebanon. So it's quite a diverse culture and identity, but it is oriental and not European.

turkey is not europe. it is obvious from every aspect of the culture. they only want to be in the eu for economic reasons.
