I agree actually. But Kurt Cobain admitted himself, if it wasn't for The Pixies Nirvana would've never came to be. Kurt Cobain listened to all these guys. A lot of the orginators of Grunge or Alternative music didn't reap the benefits that followed in the early 90's since many of them disbanded shortly before. Either way; Nirvana, Pixies, and My Bloody Valentine are all great mind numbing music.

incredible to see this live a few days ago in Toronto.... they added an extra couple chord strikes in the bridge, pretty fsckin heavy. So great, love the punky energy put together with drone... just so incredible awesome.
