Some elements of faith and logic are in both atheism and Christianity. It all comes down to common sense in the end. As you say: either something always existed and created everything else, or nothing created everything. Which one makes more sense?

time started when it was observed. that does not mean that there is not proof that it was going on before we observed it carbon dating proves that also the light from stars proves that the world is billions of years old because we can measure the speed that light travels. if god is outside of time he would be but a dot on a page watch?v=JkxieS-6WuA here is some basic physics in string theory for you hope it doesn't spin your 1400's head right off

Wow. My logic is fowl ok. God did NOT have to come from anywhere. He is outside of time. So nothing had to make God, he was always there. Even atheists say that time started somewhere. Well then how'd time start if you get rid of God?
GodKillerAtheist (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
so if some one had to make it all because its so complex then who made the creator? since he would be infinitely more complex then anything ever created. If some one made god then who made that guy? its a endless circle and nonsensical if there is to be only one true god your logic is foul. you might not know how god is not true but its only because your brain is damaged i feel sorry for you they did this to you since you were young i bet.

ok. good thing about the comments, you're one of a few respectable creationists that means. i do have to say though, what anyone believes has no meaning, it's what they can demonstrate using facts that matters. belief is personal, facts are universal.
TuftsJr1 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Well, we will just have to agree to disagree. You're never going to convince me, and I never you. Oh and, I'm not going to censor my comments. I believe there is plenty evidence of God, you believe there is plenty of evidence of the big bang, fair enough.
natman48 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
look around me. a rock. looks like a rock. GOD DID IT! yay. what actual evidence do you have for god? or are you just believing a fairy tale? yes through god you have an answer, but its the WRONG answer, and it's just replacing one unknown with something supernatural, which is by definition, unknown. you have no answers. or evidence. so i'm wondering what you're basing your point on. i do have to commend you on not censoring your comments though. good job.
natman48 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
what!? no one ever said there was NOTHING there. how many times do i need to tell you that. we have NO idea what was there before the singularity. it's not possible.
TuftsJr1 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
LOL. Plenty of evidence. Look around you. Unlike you, I'm open for someone to try to prove to me there is no God. But no one has come close to that, because its obvious there is one. Why do evolutionists say that they don't know how 'singularity' got there, but it just did. Wow. Through God you have every answer. |
