no, its not an actuaal website.its just what comes up when you start creating a site on iweb. It shows this pretend website which you can then edit to how you want to use it if you know what i mean.

When someone clicks on the ad the advertisers pay google. Google will then pay you a commission. But this isn't very much in the scheme of things, which is why its only worth it on high traffic sites, where theres gonna be heaps of clicks.For more info look up "adsense" - you need to set up an account and yada yada
