Sure I have. Though it's a more important feature in CIV3 because you usually get loads more units.

i love these kind of games as .Medieval 2 Totall War and Rome Totalt WAR and this its cool but i never learn how to play them :PThe only thing i know is just '' Killing and Take Castles and places'' ^^
