As far as I know, you can't yet use portal. The zone is closed on live servers (but it could be accesed while ago by jumping on mountains etc). You can always set up you own private server and use teleportation command to get there ;)

Of course they plan to release it in the future :) There is topic at MMO-champion about the future expansion pack with the incomming zones and their levels :)
