umm i really dont care what happens this year because it is nothing but building. Next three two years will be the real deal because we will have ryan mallet as a QB and all the freshman WR we have this year will have a hole year under there belt and micheal smith will be back to. all we need is some DEF recruits to help us.

i think ARK. practiced that on punt return that week of practice. they knew they wuld get one returned all the way so the just trained on faking the block in the back lol

Yea, it's a shame it happened because James would have burned that guy anyway. Sucks. But still, you gotta be aware that a ref is going to call that. We need to be smarter.

Is it just me or was that block in the back call on Brandon James' kickoff return total BS? BJ was already 2 yards ahead of the defender and had totally split him. That guy had no chance and he felt our blocker push at him and he took a dive. What a BS call.

They're two of the fastest guy in college football. Now imagine if we had an O line who could actually, consistently make blocks and give them lanes...

dang...demps and rainey are fast....did you see how quick they pulled away? those guys behind could have had twice the speed and still wouldnt catch them lol.

I thought for the most part the offensive line played pretty good against Arkansas, we ran the ball pretty decently without having Moore or Moody in the backfield, it is the defensive line that worries me, we have to stop the run in between the tackles, and work on stoping the sort passes, because Arkansas did it all game long and I expect LSU to do the same and try to soften our secondary and go for a big pass.
