Man who cares if he isnt the best drummer anywhere? He gets the job done and makes it sound good. There would have been no Metallica had there been no Lars. So what if he isnt Neal Peartor Buddy Rich? He's good enough for what he does.... on top of that he traditionalized the sound of metal drums everywhere. And I do agree... he is overrated, but he is th one with millions of dollars and one of the greatest heavy metal acts in the world, so people are bound to be looked up to in that situation.

i think people who have to say shit like tuckstar666 has nothing better to do then to thumb his ballsack or lack there of, and rag on people who he cant even come close to playing like or even a smidge close to what lars can do. so take the dick out your ass and grow some balls tuckstar666 listen to the single most successful metal band in history, stick that in your corn cob pipe and smoke it hillbilly.

lars is the most overrated drummer in the history of mankind. He's so sloppy on double bass he spends 2 days recording each song to get it right. Whats worse is he thinks he's gods gift to music, when I know drummers in their 20's that are 10 times better than him.

the most overated drummer in rock, pretty basic stuff , just like jordison , kids are amazed at anyone playing through a good sound system, two rock drummers that will totaly smoke these guys, TOMMY ALDRIDGE and MIKKEY DEE
