every system and every government becomes corrupt, and every government in history has controlled the masses and wealth flowing in the country. George carlin was a smart guy, yeah America's democracy sucks, its not even a true democracy, I dont think its that improtant to vote, personally I wish people didn't vote in America because most people are stupid, and don't vote for the propper reasons. I really think their should be some kind of educational requirments for voting.

who cares if they are distant relatives, most people in America can trace their family tree to someone famous. each vote does count in a true democracy, I'm not sure where your condesending attitude towards democracy comes from, maybe comunist or somthing, idk. Its a matter of math, in a democracy every vote counts because the person with the most wins, are you 5 years old or something?

yes, America has a crappy attempt at democracy, but its the best system yet mixed with a capitalistic/socialistic economy.
