I was in little women the musical (thanks goodness I didn't have to wear one) but most of the cast did, it was TERRIBLE on stage. they were like walking around backstage in their corsets because they were so hot.

definitely i wore a big floor length gown for a parade a few months ago and it was really bad in the heat but they make you feel so graceful so its worth it
