its not a limit on hdmi, its a limit on RGB, if you turn on 'full' but youre using a standard cathode ray TV, the colors might be too bright, same with super white. networks have to wash out their colors too. its like sound, if you record too loud, you get clipping. if the colors are too strong, youll get clipping and noise. in this case, itll be overwhelming.

But these are one sided. And if in deed they look this bad then its the developers fault. They just devote more the 360. A child can tell you that the PS3 has the muscle. MGS and even low teer games like Drakes fortune shows that the PS3 can handle itself. Hate the developers for getting lazy, not the machine. And trust me, the games don't look bad in the PS3. They looks awesome!!!

Is there any advantage to why theres a "limited" mode to HDMI at all?
bosniahustlax15 (October 10, 2008 at 3:02 am)
haha 360 sucks

Those good and bad on both. I have a PS3, great graphics, awesome. But then again I wish I had a 360, because all my friends have one, and all my classmates, 360 has a friend type community.
