Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu FTW. Although I like Karate cause it has beautiful Forms and provides a strong foundation mentally for people just starting out in Martial Arts.George St. Pierre and Lyoto Machida both have Black belts in Karate and it provided a solid foundation, but they don't rely on it.
