the girl is Alesha Dixon formerly of British urban girl group Misteeq. at some point she met Pharrell and he personally requested she dance in the video. she has had success as a solo artist - songs like Lipstick and Knockdown. she then went on Strictly Come Dancing in 2007 and won the series - the judges thought she was the best dancer to ever grace the show. she releases a new album later this year. she's a stunning girl.
