Joe Lovano - Streets of Naples

http://www.joelovano.com for all things Joe.Cleveland native Joseph Salvatore Lovano continues to grow and explore. He has a husky tenor tone based in the tradition, but an approach to improvisation that is modern and daring. Never standing still musically, he works with a eclectic array of groups, including his Trio, which performed at Madrid's Calle 54, playing his own "Streets of Naples." Joe on tenor, Cameron Brown on bass and the great Otis Brown III, on drums.

Joe Lovano has a really deep and centered sounds rich of improv ideas. Love to see him playing. The best album so far is Two for Two with another great tenor saxophone player George Garzone.Rafael
