The twin city was like another hard drive in your computer. If that totally crashes and isn't recoverable the reboot process for another drive won't bring it back.

The idea of the Twin City was based on a real event that happened to the ReBoot creators.While making their music video for the Dire Straits song "Money for Nothing" the second hard drive of the dual disc computer system, specifically the drive that housed the programs while the other stored the files, suffered a complete meltdown.

Haven't watched Season 3 in full I assume? It was due to the events in 'Game Over' that lead him to believe he had to become stronger and more capable to handle Viruses and Users. |
