weather modification is in use by Governments.. I remember when the UK fell out with Russia some time ago over the death of an Agent involving radio active materials and poisoning. Russia stated that the UK will pay and that we did, we had severe rain for it did seem like an extraordinary long time. The uk had flash foods everywhere and the country ground to a halt.

the technology he talked about was to make a hurricane smaller, and do less damage. why is everyone talking like they can make a hurricane bigger, and control where it goes? It seems that what they know is to do the opposite of that.

Same with western north carolina. No one can understand the most basic concept of moisture from planes exhaust not being able to freeze up at low altitudes in July when it's 96 degrees. No amt. of common sense or scientific fact gets through. Because govt. didn't announce they are secretly attacking us, people can't even believe sound scientific fact.

This is something New Orleans people will forcefully block from knowing even if they have it spelled out to them. Introduction or change of gases of course can change the weather. It's simple and obvious. |
